This in regard to an earlier tax post.
I talked with my tax guy who stated the only time someone needs to obtain a W-2 from the casino is if the odds were 300 to 1, no matter how much was won. I would assume the same with on line gambling. I don't think the odds of winning a tournament are 300 to 1.
