I wouldn't bet the river, most low limit players won't fold a hand you beat here. (When they do fold, and you feel great that you bluffed them out of it, most of the time I'm sure they had less than you did.) The rest looks fine to me. With more players, I'd check the turn but with only three I'd have probably led out as you did.
