The turn bet seems piss poor, I definitely should have bet at least half the pot (probably the pot since a spade didnt fall??) How was the rest?

I have been broken so too many times with bottom two pair which leads me to not piss about with it- probably pot bets all the way. I don't mind winning a small pot here as it is vunerable and if they improve you could get in trouble.
