MP1 is a rock (12.5/2.94/1), MP2 is a fish (45/0/.65). only have 30 hands on each of them

Yes, 3-bet PF. 30 hands is meaningless.

3-bet PF, see if rock caps, bet flop regardless, call if it's a single raise to you, c/f turn if no improvement. Rock could have TT, who knows. That's my line anyway.

30 hands is absolutely nothing. 3-bet PF, and I'd fold this flop.

Why not fold to the raise back to you. You aren't even close to the odds needed to draw for a set.
