Pay no attention to the hand, because it is irrlevant. What I am more interested in is what came up in the chat box. Is this right? Can people really cheat? If so, they are pieces of dog sh*t and I hope they all get caught/die a horrible death.

Conventional wisdom so far is that it looks like only anyone who pays money for this program is getting cheated.

It appears to be a pokertracker knock-off. Yeah, you can see the cards, after the hands are over.

Is it some sort of spyware that when you give them your information, they can use that to give away your hole cards during the hand? If they can do it after the hand, what stops them from doing it during the hand? Anyway, I don't hope that cheaters all die, I just hope they get herpies and diahriea for the rest of their life.

It seems feasable for them to devise some software that works as a trojan, anyone who downloads it may have their hole cards read from memory and sent to some central computer... this is not that hard at all, and almost a good idea...<<evil light bulb turns on over head>> it wouldnt be too hard to test this software.. if i had a spare computer i'd throw it on test it out and analyze it's network behavior (if any). I bet there are some servers out there that collect hole cards at NL tables and mining infected people for all they're worth... ....this is all very feasable. Think about the security of your system when making money transactions over the internet, even games like poker...

If I were going to do this, I'd package it as a program that is supposed to let users spy on other people's cards, and sell it on the internet. Then I'd get paid twice, and get to act as the righteous sword of karmic justice.

As has been said before, if someone had a program that could tell you everyone's hole cards at the start of the hand, why would they be selling it on some obscure internet site for $30?

If anyone ever actually writes a program that can do this, I doubt you'll ever hear about it, much less see it advertised on a poker site. They're just going to keep it for themselves and play at high stakes tables.

Like eastbay says, the website makes it sound like an off-brand pokertracker.
