I don't know about you guys, but AQ is starting to royally screw me. This is about the 4th-5th time I've busted out with AQ, but my question is should have I waited until I got a better hand?

With the blinds that high, I will push AQ all of the time as well.

I think this play is fine. With all the short stacks, you don't have a lot of opportunities to steal through without getting called. You are in an ideal spot here UTG since the SB can still fold and the BB won't tangle with your stack without a great hand. You need to steal some blinds as it is unlikely you can fold into the money, likely at least one of the three short stacks will manage to double up.

You just happened to run into a monster hand with the big stack. No big deal.

This is a very very easy allin. Not even close, just sometimes they will have AK or KK or whatever.
