Playing a set is always hard with flush possibilities. I like to slowplay a set if the flop comes rainbow. Yours has 2 diamonds, so slowplaying certainly isn't an option. I'd reraise the flop just like you did. When the turn comes another diamond, I'd either push or check/fold depending whether I though he made his flush.

Another option is just to push the flop, giving him incorrect odds to draw.

I know the blinds are only 5/10 but I probably raise to about 75 or 80 from early pos.your raise on the flop seems ok to me maybe could have been a little bigger. The turn card makes you sick because you have to put one of these guys on a flush draw, although, I've seen idiots make this call with TJ,KJ,KT. The problem I see with your turn bet is that you now have 55% of your stack in the pot. Push the turn or check/fold. You shouldn't have to make a decision on the river.
