Obviously the trap on the turn didn't work...advice?

You raised from the blind pre-flop, and led the flop. Only a moron will fall for a turn check raise. You should have check-called the flop for that to work.

nothing is really scary on the flop. i check-call and then go for the check-raise on the turn. either that, or continue to lead out. in fact i really dislike your line.

you bet on the flop when nothing was too scary. maybe a straight draw. then you check on turn when there's the straight draw, and now a flush draw.

your lines have to be consistent. if you lead the flop, lead the turn. as mentioned above, no one is falling for this simple trick.
