PokerStars 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Villain(BB) here is loose and very aggressive. Been going through wild swings in this session. Did I choose the best line here? Comments on all streets welcome.

Looks great. You capped the flop and he bet into you on the turn. This is a great place to just call down.

Why bother capping once you're HU? Why not just call, and raise any non-heart turn?

It's cheaper to find out on the flop if you are behind to two pair or a set. Raising the turn opens you up to a 3-bet by a lot of hands you would be a big dog to without the diamond on the turn. I take your line chess when I have redraws. A backdoor flush on the flop isn't enough of a draw for me.

When I said to call the flop, I meant to smooth call the 3-bet (not the initial bet) in order to raise the turn. I'm curious though, if BB is a LAG, why should Hero believe that he will be behind on any non-heart turn?

Chesspain,

After insta-capping and then facing the turn bet I froze, amateurishly expecting a check. I like the smooth call/raise the turn line. Given how I played it...would you have considered raising the turn anyway? Thx.
