Once he called your big raise on the flop, I would be a little bit worried. I'd just call his turn and river bet, to try and keep the pot small. You are either ahead or way behind, and your show of strength on the flop didn't stop him from coming out (under)betting.

Turn raise is bad, river raise is awful. No draws, like the other guy said, you either way ahead or way behind. Call the turn, call the river.

As for the river, what exactly do you expect him to call with that has you beat or fold that doesn't have you beat?

Are you trying to get him to lay down a flush or a 6?

Finally, I'd raise the flop a bit less, 300-360.
