Villain had sat down about 10 hands ago and raised every single one. I knew he didn't have the goods everytime.

Wow. I once had someone fold (in a pot that had become heads-up) to my 3-bet after he raised preflop, but I've never had anyone fold when I capped after he 3-bet.
