How do you Deal with Multiple Usernames/Accounts?

What do you do if you have more than one account, i.e. at Party and skins? How do you keep track of your stats? Is there a way for Pokertracker to combine the data of two different usernames?

You use the alias feature to attch your other skin names to your first one, and you add the places where the other hand histories are being saved.
