Should I be raising this from the BB? I was afraid my FE was too low after all the limpers (this is 10+1). And after I missed the flop in a multi-way pot, I didn't see how I could continue.

If you're so unhappy about having to play postflop, push PF.

If I don't push, would a 200 bet on the flop be more appropriate?

I think you played it fine, though I might have pushed PF.

Now that you've let three people in for cheap and have absolutely nothing, what are you trying to accomplish?

Raise to 400 from the BB. You'll fold at least one or two. If you don't feel like playing the hand push PF. Once you miss on the flop with 3 limpers i think the fold is fine.

Ok, I wasn't sure what you meant by "if you don't want to play post-flop." Let's assume I do want to play post-flop -- since betting out is obviously wrong, my question was what the best play actually is.

Or was saying "if you don't want to play post-flop" just your way of saying "raise pre-flop"?

Hey, you must be talking about me. I would mostly push here. Only thing that could stop me was if i thought one of the limpers might be fancy, and limp with AA or KK. My warning signal( if i was paying attention) would be someone who is folding or raising all the time and then suddenly just limps.
