I would make a crying call here getting 18-1 (adjusted to something like 14-1 for a raise behind you? These guys don't seem like the type to raise a better and a caller on the river).

Damn river. Villain has the jack, maybe even JT. I want to call just out of desire to see it. Then I would fold to a check-raise.

Ouch. What a terrible river card. It seems unlikely to me that no one has a jack or a 7 or a flush, and two pair is another concern. Plus, the bet comes from a very awkward place.

My guess is that I'd look at the $540 in the pot and call anyway, though.
