I usually muck AQ UTG and in EP/MP at early levels, but what if it gets to you in the SB or BB and no one has raised? Just limp in the SB and check in the BB or should you pull out a raise?

limp...remember SB and BB are the earliest of early possitions.

In early levels, I would only raise in late position. Even then if there are lot of callers, it has to be a big raise or you're going to have a lot of callers. Limp.

While the blinds are 10/15 and 15/30 I limp from everywhere with AQ. I wouldn't raise from the SB/BB, you are building pot out of position only hits 30% blah blah blah, but mucking AQ in an unraised pot is just a bad play. I will fold AQ early to a signifcant raise.
