Malmuth would hve you believe that if you accept the terms of service that 2+2 isn't liable for hacking. In other words, 2+2 or Conjelco could hack you and leave you with no legal recourse. Any court in the land would throw it out in a heartbeat.
Hacking from this site has taken place. It's not been 2+2. Packet sniffing, internet poker crooks are the most probable culprits. The same people that tell you how safe online gambling is.
