Vegas Fine dining recommendation needed

I'm getting married in Vegas in a couple of weeks. My brother want to pick up the dinner tab for the 10 of us.

Price is no object. What restaurant should I pick? He knows a few people with juice, so reservations will be no problem either.

People w/ juice to get reservation for 10 in a couple of weeks at any restaurant in Vegas will have great restaurant recommendations.

i used to like pampelmoose. its off the strip and very good. i havent been there in a long time but understand its still tops. its not the best by far but a good place for fine food. most go to casinos but thats not for me. i would rather eat at an owner run restarant. you may want something more famous though since its your big event. i am happy for you.

You know, I first thought "ehat could be easier than going to Vegas to bet married".

We were just going with a friend of the future mrs. tek and the friend's husband. mrs. tek can't keep a secret, so eventually the number of people wanting to go has gone up to 10 in a matter of two weeks. But that's okay. The more the merrier.

But I do feel like I'm planning a military operation rather than a vacation. Lots of chapels. Lots of confusing wedding packages at each chapel. Which two songs to have at the ceremony. Restaurant choices.

The one thing I do have firmly planned--the Wednesday Bellagio NL tourny!

I went there too as I passed through Vegas on my way to Northern Nevada between Christmas and New Year's. Fantastic.

There are countless great super-high-end restaurants at all the casinos. Do a search in B&M for many discussions on this.

One non-casino restaurant that friends have raved about but I've never been to is Andre's (http://www.andresfrenchrest.com/html/original.html) .

Joe's, the famous stone crab restaurant of Miami Beach, has recently opened in the new section of the Forum shops. Not sure how good it is, but it looked nice. There's also a new Sushi Roku upstairs there, very good and creative sushi and other Japanese dishes.

We had a company dinner last week in the China Grill at Mandalay Bay. Great looking place, nice food, kind of Asian fusion. Good place for a party of ten.

Well, we ended up going to the private room at Sushi Roku at the Forum. However, we ordered off the Boa menu. Both restaurants are owned by the same people.

Turns out my brother knows one of the owners. The view was great and the food was the best I ever had.

The service was excellent. We had a waiter, wine steward, bread guy and both restaurant managers checking in.

If Price really is no object - Picasso in the Belaggio.

Truly, the best dining experience I've ever had. And that includes just about any famous restuarant you can throw at me.

i luved the resturant in the paris in the effiel tower...and i liked the ISIS at the Luxor and the one in the Bellagio...i forget its name was great too

these werent too bad expensive like im used to....but still nice/fun/unique
