AJo - valuebet flopped ace when turn pairs kings?

Another tough valuebet decision. MP1 could have been betting into me as the preflop raiser on the flop to test their king. I raise and they don't 3-bet, so I feel my ace is good, esp since we're 7 handed. The turn pairs kings, I'm checked to but bet anyway and get only one caller. River brings 3rd spade. Is he slowplaying his king? Was he waiting for the flush? Arrgghhh!! Bet or not?
