yes, i can confirm it. your turn bet is ENTIRELY too small. if you make an adequate turn bet i dont think he can call for the river.

River bet is horrible imo. If you have them beat they are not calling and you are unlikely to get a better hand to fold. Sure you might get a very low club to fold, but you couldn't get the 10 to fold. Plus this opponent has been calling the entire way.

Check the river and hope you win.

It was a tilted move, had just gotten drawn out on on another table and I made this stupid mistake.

I really thought he would fold.

This post in itself confirms that you are indeed a moron without any of our input.

Yeah, I had been having too good of a day up to this point, I had to screw up somewhere, heh.

If you know what you did wrong and why you did it (you were tilting), why did you post it?

I've noticed nearly all of your posts are some sort of bad beat where there was nothing you could do - learn to get over it, as posting those isn't very beneficial for most.

Because I wanted to see where in the hand I went wrong.

Obviously I did something wrong before the river tol et him in.

My question was answered up there when he told me I didn't bet the turn hard enough.

Get it?

Don't give random opposition too much credit here. They can and will call very often no matter your bet sizes. You don't want to bet more on the turn to stop him from calling with a club, but -because- he will be calling with a club.

Anyway, to the OP: Yes, the river bet was especially moronic. :P

Depending on the buyin for this tourney there may not be anyway this person lays this down at any point.

That being said, I think the first mistake was not reraising preflop.

Next, I think you should have been allin after the turn.

The worst mistake was betting or calling anything on the river without a club.

I am open to corrections and/or input as well.
