dont like the turn 3bet and river check at all. if you are going to 3bet the turn, its because you believe that you are ahead in the hand, in which case you should be planning on betting the river. maybe you got scared when the queen fell, but you should have assumed that villain is holding an ace or better. you can take this line when you dont have a flush draw and are willing to fold to a turn cap, but not when you have a flush draw as you dont want to pay extra when youre behind. villain is going to bet this river whether he is semibluffing, bluffing or value betting no matter what card falls. you lose more when behind and gain less when ahead.

Don't 3B the turn. Call when he bets the river or bet if checked to.

The Q on the river likley helped your hand as opposed to hurt it as it counterfits a couple of his likley hands (A9 suited, A4 suited as he called from the BB) - with this in mind I would have come out betting (especially given your 3 bet on the turn) - and if you cr'd then I think you have to make a crying call and hope he is not on the Q.....

hard to narrow down the BBs holding preflop. but his flop/turn play doesn't indicate a queen at all. a Q-good kicker is playing the flop hard, while a Q-bad kicker can't call your 3-bet on the turn. i don't mind the line.
