Table selection

I am relatively new to 2+2 and have only been playing online for a few months. Although I read this forum daily, and have been reading small steaks hold em' (SSH??) and hold em poker, I still feel like a complete novice when reading some of these posts. Either way, I never put much thought into table selection until recently. Any thoughts, helpful hints would be greatly appreciated
