I would appreciate comments on both the flop and the turn.

If my memory serves me correctly:
UTG was a 35/16
UTG+1 was a 30/7
SB was 60/20

I agree with James. Call the turn. The pot is huge now, and unless someone has the boat or quads your hearts outs are the nuts. I would not be that agressive on the river however, in case there is a boat out there.

And while I know that you didn't ask for comments, but I would have let go of this PF when it's 2 bets to me. But maybe that is the weak-tighty in me.

Doh, misread the hand. Thought he posted before the raise and 3-bet and had it come 2 back to him.

this is a definite example of seeing monsters in the closet, but you have to call. on the river, if you do hit a heart, the action in front of you will determine if someone has a full house or not, making it easy to raise or just call (but we're not folding, not for 2 bets at least)

But does anyone like folding on the flop for 3-bets?

I don't buckshot, particularly because you so rarely see opponents fastplay a full house or better here.
