Not too much data on SB/BB, both seemed a bit loose. Around 50% and 40% VPIP over 25 hands..

How would you guys play this?

I'd only cuss once as opposed to twice when he turned over Q9. I'd play the actual hand the same though.

I raise the river and call a 3-bet. Scratch that. I think I go for the overcall from SB. IMO JT or J8 is more likely than Q9 or 79 from BB.

SB called all-in on turn, not sure why it didn't show up on the converted hand..

Yeah the converter doesn't really understand all-in bets.

I know you changed your mind midway through this sentence, but I think raising the river is bad in this situation. I don't think a lot of players would slow play two pair on the flop with people betting and raising in front of them. Additionally, I don't think your getting capped by some clown making two pair on the turn on a board like that. I think the cap is going to be a straight a decent enough time to warrent a river call.
