Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (4 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Hero (t1980)
Button (t1300)
SB (t900)
BB (t3820)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 3/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 3/images/graemlins/club.gif.

Is any pair an automatic push here?

Why? Never play 33? Something about these stack sizes makes it an easy fold? Not UTG, but you'd push with it in SB? Presumably you'd play AA, but where do you draw the line? 77? 55? I'm trying to improve, but knowing you'd throw it away without knowing why doesn't help much...

I push because SB is the chipleader, and pretty much only one who can much their hand w/o worrying about pot odds.

people will be more careful about what to call you with because of chipleader being BB

it's 4 handed..come on! your FE is too great here to pass I think, and if you pass on this chance, I think the chipleader will have fun danggling carrot over your head through out bubble

Muck it. Why push UTG with a hand that dominates NO hand you'll be called by other than 22 A2, K2, K3 or A3? Four hands from now, SB will a) have doubled up b)have busted c) be on life support.

FWIW, I'd push 77 and above here and muck 22-66. When called, it is likely you are a small favorite at best. Worst case scenario is that you are dominated.
