Paradise Email validation problems?

I'm setting up an account at Paradise Poker, and I went to enter my email in the change/validate email field, and I haven't received a confirmation (it's been like 1 hour). I use Gmail; would this be a problem? Thanks,

I have tried 2 or 3 times to recover a password to regain access an make a deposit and have been unable to do so. This has been over the course of the past week.

Their server is slow. Give it till the morning, or send them an e-mail from the address you signed up with and they will validate it. They validated mine at least.
