"jdbgmgr.exe" virus alert is a hoax

Saw a "virus alert" about the jdbgmgr.exe file on RGP. It's a hoax:

So if you hear about it, don't delete the file.

I don't post on RGP, but if no one has yet corrected it there, someone might want to.
