it would help to know what you were holding...

You definately don't want 5 people to see the flop, you should raise to at leat $1 pre-flop. There is a straight possibility after the flop and without any pre-flop raise it is a good possibility that someone has Q 9 or the likes. Also should have raised on the turn after the 6 appeared to find out what type of hand the other player holds.

Raise the flop a bit more, to about $1.50. Raise the turn - don't let his miniature blocking bet stop you as you are ahead a vast majority of the time here. River is a golden nugget of fun for you, as you are now sitting on the third nuts in an unraised pot. Get all your money in here if possible and enjoy the winnings. If he has 66 or JJ, he played them both terribly and you shouldn't worry, as this is exactly the situation you want with TT. Nice hand.

Wait wait... why doesn't a mid pocket-pair want max people in the hand?

Limping preflop is fine. Raise the flop a little bit more maybe. Raise the turn. Your goal is to get all the money in and that is not going to happen unless you bet more aggressively.

I think it's fine to play preflop this way at microstakes.

Yeah, I missed that (obviously). I think that you played the pre-flop, flop and river perfectly, but I would throw a raise in on the turn. Min-bets are often draws wanting to see things cheap.
