11th hand at the table no reads...I see it as I have 3 outs to the ace two backdoor straight draws for maybe 2 more outs and a backdoor flush draw for 1 1/2. plus whatever runner runner jacks is. So say 6 or 7 outs. and I'm getting 7 1/2 to 1....or do I need to view this as my opponent has two pair

turn: would either call or raise.
river: would call most of the time.. possibly fold if i had a good read on the player.. or if there are several players paying to see the showdown.

You don't have to make the crying call here. Folding is a viable option. BB likely has at least a Q, and he hasn't slowed down yet. Plus, you weren't drawing to a J, why throw another bet away at the river???

UTG+1 is pretty loose probably 40% vpip...the dude aint clever enough to check raise bluff
This time I'm probably up against two pair or a set with very few outs

Call this down. Retards like to do this with any A. IF he has Aces up, you still have outs to counterfeit his hand.

Call, If this happened on the river then your read is dead on.
I agree...I would call the raise and check out the turn.
If I caught a club, I'm staying. If I caught a J, I would fold. The pots going to be about 5BB at that point, and you need 8/1 to catch 2 pair.

Decent opponents will do this with any pocket pair, figuring you missed the flop with your AK/AJ type hands. Call the flop and fold the turn unimproved.
I'd call, but with a 40 VPIP, I'd get ready to mentally handle seeing 78os...
