I just cleared what I thought was the L25 bonus at UKBetting, but it still said that my withdrawal limit was L25 less than my balance. I called support, and they told me that the bonus was only for play, and could not be cashed out (???). So what good is the bonus if you can't collect it?

The difference between balance and withdrawal is a casino side bonus which has nothing to do with the poker bonus. There are 2 monthly bonuses there, one for casino, one for poker.

Your withdrawal limit will always be less than your balance if you do not play in the casino. The balance is higher because of an accumulating casino bonus that you have not played.

Go to the cashier and look at your statement. You will see where you were credited L25 for the hourly bonus.

Ah, my bad, now that I go back and look at my PT stats, it all computes. Support lady didn't do a very good job of explaining it.

While we're on the subject, do you have to spend a complete hour on one table for it to count as an hour toward your bonus? Or can you play, say, 15 minutes on 4 tables?

15 minutes on 4 tables will count as an hour.
