KK in capped pot

online game. loose aggressive but sane (LA) player raises UTG. I have red KK and 3 bet in the next seat. Very next player (a quasi-maniac, very loose and aggresive, QM) caps it.

Flop is 4 7 8 rainbow. UTG checks, I bet, QM raises, LA calls.

Turn is a 2 of the 4th suit. Check, check, bet, call, call.
River is a J. Check, I bet, QM calls, LA folds.

I like that you didn't give QM a chance to check it down on the river, but not sure I like the chance he had to check the turn. You must've had your reasons for not 3-betting the flop, just not sure what they were. Sometimes simple is best.
