Just checked out Party's site and noticed they are running another promotion just like the one MicroBob competed in. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like the qualifying points has been reduced by 5k (edit: probably because of the new restrictions listed below). Heres a copy and paste for anyone that ambitious:
10 “PPM IV packages” are available!
These will be given out on a first come, first serve basis.
Qualifying period: Tuesday, 15th of February until Friday 18th of February 2005
As soon as you have earned 15,000 Regular Party Points please send a mail to info@partypoker.com telling them that you have qualified and you would like to purchase the package for 25,000 Party Points. Packages will be given out on a first come, first serve basis. Once you have sent your mail, we will verify the number of Regular Party Points you have accumulated and award you a seat on the cruise. Your Party Points will be automatically deducted from your account. It’s that easy!

Also interesting, is the new disclaimer. It seems to ban the extra points of happy hour, as well as those seeking to use refer-a friend:
