how lucky did i get here? was i even right to stay in this hand? keep in mind, this is a $5.50 tournament...

I fold this preflop. Risking 800 to win 150 UTG with 6 players left to act, while holding KTo just isnt necessary. You can let the blinds pass and still have enough chips to steal afterwards.

I don't even want to know what to have to do on the flop.

Since we are here:

You are out of position.
You have 4 outs.
It's unlikely at least one of your callers doesn't have an Ace.
You could bet to represent the Ace, but what do you do if you get called?

check/fold the flop.
