No with position on MP2 I think you got the most out of the hand. Were you thinking a turn raise? If you were I think at best you win the same amount of bets.

Looks pretty standard. Nice hand!

I'd much rather have him keep thinking his Q's are good and keep betting. And I certainly don't want him folding.

If he has a Q he probably calls down netting you the same with a small chance that he 3-bets.

I felt good about waiting till the river to raise after the turn bet, I could at best make the same by raising the turn because he rarely 3 bets this turn. I was more concerned with whether or not to 3 bet the flop.

I think he folds to the turn raise fairly often whereas he will almost always call a river bet/raise. And if he's betting less than a Q he almost certainly folds the turn.

I think the flop call was great you coulda killed your action with a flop 3 bet IMO. Nice hand.

I disagree. Often trips are slop played until the turn. A q will likely fold, as will anything else.

if he's betting less than a Q, there's a good chance the villain checks the river.

after all is said and done, this really does make much of a difference, there is no really dramatically wrong way to play this hand

I agree and I think a Q may also check the river. But they'll always call river too.
