How many would be up for this? I am thinking a $5 or $10 entry fee would be best.
No artificial aids allowed (perhaps we could make the game 6 seconds max to curtail these a bit)

Final is best of 9.
The money goes, say 80/20 to 1/2 place.
Entrants could transfer the money to me via PS or PP before hand, and I distribute it afterwards.
