I'd fold this hand preflop for a few reasons: it is more of a multiway hand and there aren't many people in, you have a poor position for a hand like that, your implied odds aren't there, and the EP limper probably has a hand that could possibly have you dominated.

Flop looks pretty good to me, and the turn as well. I especially like how you just called on the turn as you have many cards that could help your hand, and by just calling you are inviting your opponent to bet again on the river when one comes. Also, since you are most likely behind here you don't want to get 3 bet if you raise the turn.

River is a fold though IMO. You missed all of your draws and you're holding nearly bottom two pair. I find it hard to believe that your opponent capped it on the flop with anything less than two pair and therefore he necessarily has you beat.
