read on player is he over plays decent hands and he had just lost a 1600 pot on the river... think he might be steamed about that...

Easy raise allin on the flop. I would probably have reraised preflop too. The amount to reraise is kind of tricky but I think I'd just push.

I make very few player-dependent moves throughout a tournament, but when I see a player make a big raise after just coming off a bad beat and I hold something like JJ, I am very comfortable raising all-in to isolate myself against the Steamer.

I don't know what limit you're playing at, but JJ is a very good hand 5 handed. I would re-raise pre-flop - probably at least to about 800-900 and call if he goes all in preflop. If he just calls pre-flop, with 10 4 4 on the flop I put him all in if he doesn't do it for me.

The amount to reraise is kind of tricky but I think I'd just push.

I'd try to reraise an amount that pot commits UTG, but doesn't pot commit me if SB pushes.

Another 700 or so to make it 1000 smells right to me.
