Party 15/30

You have 99 in BB. It's folded to CO who is good and 17/10 with 37% steal raises. SB who is good and 18/8 reraises. What is your play?

just looking for thoughts,

Playing for set value is definitely out.

i disagree...i smooth call and play the flop accordingly...i can put them both on a number of hands...including pairs under mine...i want them to think they have momentum...i cap with JJ/QQ but smooth call with TT/99 and below...

there will likely be overcards and when the sb bets his acex or whatever he has, you can take the opportunity to raise...this costs you EXACTLY the same amount when behind as capping preflop and betting when checked to, which is almost certainly what will happen if you cap...
