Hi, I want to start signing up at the poker sites through affiliates to collect rakeback, I only have one shot at this so I want to do it right. There are a lot of sites that offer 20-25% rakeback deals, but I have heard that amounts of 50% or even 90% are possible! Is this true? I'd prefer a tiered deal that pays better higher up than a flat deal regardless of the amount of hands, because as I get better I expect to multi table. (I'm already bored of 1 table and have ordered a 21" monitor to start 2 tabling the micro limits) I expect to do a lot of table hours also.

BTW I'm going to be signing up at the party skins first to take advantage of their 20% bonuses.

Thanks

20% is minimum- I wouldn't be happy with that. 25% sounds good.

I 4 table party (which is the max for one skin running at a time) just fine on a 17".

23% or higher is good.

20-25% is standard, if you play a lot some affiliates may offer 27% - 30% (i.e. thousands in rake per month).

Places that are offering 50% or 90% rakeback (for Party & skins) are not actually offering 50% / 90% of your rake back, they're offering 50% / 90% of their cut, which is essentially the same thing as 10% - 20% rakeback.

good thing you posted that when you did, Circuit city has a deal going on right now for a ESA 19" CRT ($50 after $50 rebate) I was on the fence between that one and the more expensive 21". I went ahead and canceled my 21" order for the ESA. I better not get any overlap! /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Ya 50-90% rakeback sounds way too high, it's probably a split fro the affiliate. Will look for those 25% offers.

I 4-table Stars on a 17 inch at 1024X768, and it's beginning to get annoying.

Do you have specific info on that Circuit City deal? It sounds awesome.

Does the 19 inch EDS monitor do 1600X1200 at a reasonable refresh rate, and will it allow me to 4 table Stars without overlap(I don't know if Stars tables are bigger than Party tables).

Thanks much,

Dead

Hey dead, here is a link to the monitor discussion:

http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/messageview.php?start=0&catid=18&threadid=438094

you might want to keep a look on that forum, there are good deals posted there every day.

The monitors are going fast so call your local cc and see if they have one, if not ask them to check the local stores on their computer.
