SNGs Finishes

If you saw someone with 16% of their finishes being 5th and 6th each, what would you say? Is it likely too much bleeding early, too aggressive too early in later rounds, or a combo of both?

My ITM is 46%, so combined that is 78% of all finishes. I am at about 10% in 4th place finishes.

I think a lot winning players have more outs at 5th and 6th than 4th. At least I do.

not odd at all. in my 55s im 17.3% 5th and 6th. itm 40.0% and roi 21.5%, my recent 5 in 40 itm run didnt really help the numbers much either. this is over 707. for the 109s, im 18.9% 5th and 6th. only 280 tourneys tho, itm decent, like 37.5, and roi is 20.9%. im probably too agressive down to 5-7 people, but it works well for me.

Yes, I have alot of 5ths and 6ths too. I only play 109s and have about 16% at first (most for any place), and about 14% for 5th and 6th each with 13% at 4rd. Strangely, my 3rd place finishes are very rare at only 7% (which I like). My ITM is only 36%, but my ROI is about 23%.

I definitely don't "bleed chips off early" as I only play AA, KK, QQ, AK, and sometimes JJ or AQ on the first 3 levels. But the reason I bust out so much in 5th and 6th is that this is when the blinds reach the level that I start stealing, so it is really the first chance I have to get involved in alot of hands (marginal hands especially).
