In terms of goodness/dollar you are correct. However, there are much better foods on the overall, such as the deceased "New England Maple Cheddar" breakfast sandwich from Dunkin Donuts. That [censored] was the nuts.

My lunch today: pepper-coated beef tenderloin, egg-noodle tagliatelle w/romano and olive oil and a caesar salad. Total time: under 15 mins. And cooking this sort of thing is _easy_. [censored] ramen. Eating well isn't that expensive - my ingredients probably cost $6-7 (plus wine), which basically means playing another 20+2 (or 4).

Learn to cook. Even just a little - I'm far from good at it but I keep practicing. You'll like the results.
