$5+1 Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t300 (2 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

BB (t4940)
Hero (t3060)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 3/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
Hero calls t150, BB checks.

Flop: (t600) 5/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 4/images/graemlins/club.gif, 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 players)

So, do I call or fold? I have 8 outs to the straight and my 3 outs to the king are probably good. This was the 7th hand we played heads-up and I went All-In on 3 of them. So, I'm thinking he's giving me a taste of my own medicine and he has a pair and an overcard. I doubt if he'd bet big if he flopped a straight and risk scaring me off.

11 outs aren't good enough to call this size of a bet into 600 pot.

What strip/chicken means is you should have pushed pre-flop. While we're at it . . . you've got to stop playing $5+1, the rake is killing you.

Hi,
Pre-flop : push. you have folding equity and a better than average hand.
Flop: fold. you have to put him on (atleast) a pair. he may have a king in his hand, which reduces your outs. also, the pot is small, so just let it go.
Best of luck,
S.J.

Why push preflop? Dude has slightly more than 10BB, heads up, and K3o against the bigger stack. He doesn't need to be pushing just yet.

Ya I dont think you need to push when you have that many BBs, but you cant call. You're not gonna hit 1 of your outs over half the time, and you're not even sure which of your "outs" is good.

I agree. Your stack is low enough that you should be screwin around with calling.
