I was there last week and the games looked fat on a Thursday night. Are the games loose and stupid during the day too? Also how tough are the games above 3/6? I think it's the best cardroom in the area including the rooms in the Toronto area....

The 6/12 game is weak and the 10/20 guys have a "clue" but its generally loose passive to tight passive. The 5/5 NL game is the same way.
Durign the day however there is almsot never a game above 6/12. In an effort to get the higher limit games gonig though they have been doing half rakes and Saturday we got a half rake on the 15/30 and when the game broke down to a 10/20 we talked them into keeping the half rake.
As far as other card rooms the Fallsview room blows IMHO not enough tables and mismanaged. However the 20/40 game is nothing but action , they even get a 75/150 game going.
Im in both just about every weekend /images/graemlins/smile.gif send me a PM if your in the area /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

they ditched the 5/10 game about 2 -3 weeks ago and opt for the 6/12 cause fallsview started to run it [thats the going theory I never asked though]. The 10/20 hasn't been going that often anymore either as half the players were Canadian so now they just stay on that side of the falls. Also with the advent for there 5/5 game 200 max most the "good" players are going there now.

I was playing the 10/20 on the weekends for a couple of months straight but I got too tired of the 2 hour drive to get there. The games were almost always good. I played the 6/12 on a Monday afternoon two weeks ago on my drive back from the Toronto airport and for a weekday afternoon game it was very good and I was surprised how busy the room was.

Funny 6/12 CAD is less than 5/10 USD

To the average player I don't think they know that. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

What are the limits at Seneca Niagara? I've been wanting to go up there (live in Buffalo). Prefer limit over NL.

Last time I was there which was a couple months ago they had 2/4, 3/6, 5/10, and 10/20. They had an interest list for 4/8 but it never got off the ground. I think they also had an interest list for 20/40. Supposedly they now spread 6/12 instead of 5/10. I'm hoping to go up next weekend so I guess I'll know then /images/graemlins/smile.gif
