Sounds like a perfect reason not to value bet.

Yeah, I think you can value bet here. The A is scary, but the board is also somewhat coordinated which could invite some callers. One or two of them will call you with 7's or something and they could call or raise an ace, but there are enough opponents to make this profitable. Are they going to showdown often?

Theres also small pairs they'll call with. Would it be better to try and induce a bluff?

Sorta.

If you bet, only a better hand will raise you. Since it looks like everyone missed their draw, the draws will fold.

Thus, check/call.
