View Full Version : Very impressed w/ ACR and TruePoker

I have recently been checking out new poker sites. My experience w/ Propoker was a nightmare, if anybody cares to know why, there are many posts below by me that explains. Im just glad they only got $75 and not more.

However, I've been very impressed w/ TruePokers software and customer care. Seeing David Gzesh on here posting and answering questions really shows they care about their customers and there should be no question about their legitimacy.

Also, there tournaments are great. I also like the software b/c I feel I can concentrate better b/c it really feels like being at a real table.

Furthermore, I was introduced to ACR last night by a poster on here named LLAMA. I played in their $500 freeroll last night and had a great time. Finished 49 out of 159. They don't seem to have a huge player base yet as I beleive they are relatively new, however from what I saw they have live games all limits and form, and single and Multi table tourneys. I beleive they have the potential to be as good a site as Paradise and Pokerstars put together. Not to mention the fact that they have a sportsbook that could potentially bring in some loose money. One last note on ACR, they have customer service numbers and friendly operators. I had to call last night because I never got an email with a validation code even though I requested it 3 times throughout the day, and you cant start playing without it. The operator was great and validated it right over the phone and I had no problem playing after that.

Also, I am not affiliated with either site, this is not and advertising post. I just wanted to express my feelings about two sites that I beleive to be the top of the line.

I agree with you about ACR. Recently I had to use my poker bankroll for more important things (like food-lol). I used to play 1-2PL online and 5-10, and now I am starting from scratch /images/frown.gif.

After some research I found that ACR is the best site in terms of freerolls- bar none. If you can win some of the promo bucks, you can start playing small stakes risk-free. Besides that, though, the operators are very helpful and the software isn't bad at all. Their tourneys are just like Pokerstars except they also offer single tables. Hopefully more players will come to the site now that they have the freerolls on saturday night/sunday morning, as my bankroll is starting to return and I'd really like to continue giving this site my business in ring games.

Hey Ryan! Glad ya liked the site and I was more then surprised when I saw ya drew the seat right next to me! I had a great time chatting with you before I was moved to a different table.

Hope to see you back soon and I know you'll be improving over your 49th placing.

Feel free to look me up on the tables if ya need anything at all...besides promo bucks that is /images/wink.gif
