Tells

I play mostly limit, and sometimes I play no limit. I notice my self that I seem to do differerent things everytime I play poker and sometimes everyhand. I don't know if this is a good thing or if this is even a tell in my game. But sometimes I throw my chips out sloppy into a pot, sometimes I verbally said "Bet" or "Raise" or "Bet (a certain amount)" in a NL game etc...and then stack out my chips, or string bet them ovbiously verbally communicating what im doing before hand. My question is I can't figure out wether or not I am doing these things differently depending on hands I dont want you to tell me that either I think I need to have some one look at it. But should I just become consistent with one way of throwing out my chips, and how I act every time I am in a hand or is it alright and natural to do it different everytime.
