Due to the ragged flop, is the slowplay on the flop OK here? Should I have just bet out?

Bet this flop.

The preflop raiser is in late position, so if you bet out you want the people in between you and him to call so that he can raise and you can re-raise. The two in the middle are probably fish(it is partay poker after all), and they'll each call two extra bets most likely.

I think you cost yourself some bets here.

I bet the flop, hoping CO will raise... if he raises I pull ye olde stop and go (call the raise so UTG+1 and MP2 don't face 2 bets if they're still in, then bet the turn).
