Hand 1 reraise allin on the flop. There's lots of draws and you have to make them pay. If he has QJ or a set that's life.

Hand 2 raise more preflop - 250 or so. On the flop I don't like calling to try and sucker them in because the hands you want calling here are KT and KQ and there aren't any cards on the turn that will make them want to call any more (unless they turn two pair). Plus there's a fair bit in the pot. Raise allin straightaway.

Hand 2 you raised too little preflop. Whats the point of raising to 150? It's absurd, as you know 100% that both limpers are going to call. Why do you want to encourage a multiway pot with AKs here?
On flop I definitely raise, as very good chance you get 1-2 calls. I would generally raise to about 500-600, as I do want to encourage action here. The problem with calling is that you often end up discouraging action when they dont like their draws so much with just one card to come.
