Anyone have any info on this site? good or bad? saw an ad where they're giving away a humidor for sign up/deposit, and I want it!

I've looked at pokerpulse, and searched here, but have found nothing.

Any info appreciated.

bump.

I decided to give it a try.

Off to a bad start, on one orbit I was forced to pay the big blind on two consequtive hands.
Never seen that before!

I'd still like to hear if anyone has any input on this site.

after I finish this month's batch of reloads, I was going to try out aces as well as noble poker. will report back.

Uh... if you had to pay the BB twice in a row, that's not a good sign. Some sites still have the bug that if someone jumps out in front of you, you'll skip your BB, but I can't remember a site doing that.

Just an update in case there is one person out there that cares- /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

their customer support answers the phone quickly, listens well, but does nothing.

after explaining the situation I had, I offered the hand history #s, but support did not want them. It seemed as if he was only filling out a sheet describing the problem, and passing it down the line.

I was told, on two occasions, that customer support would contact me through e-mail, but have yet to receive an e-mail.

I withdrew funds, should there be any difficulty in receiving withdrawel, I'll post once more.

I didn't have to deal with support during my brief stay there.

the poker network has decent traffic but you can only play one table at a time and the software is VERY slow (might even be slower than Pacific!) After about an hour, I decided to work the bonus off at the casino instead. The WR is only 2x the deposit and bonus combined, I got $50 bonus for my initial $500 poker deposit, plus another $50 bonus just for downloading the casino software. So $1200 in bets later I cashed out $580.

good one time casino whore, blackjack and let it ride software is lightning fast. not great for poker though.
