I remember a while ago that some people had issues with neteller's livechat function. I waited approx. 30 seconds before someone helped me.

Last time I waited 20 minutes to ask some guy why my EFT transfer to my bank account (5 grands) was reversed without them letting me know. He told me to hold on and after another 5 minutes he said he doesn't know and I should e-mail them. Tho they e-mailed me back the next day and the problem was resolved.

I used the live chat on neteller before took less than 30 secs as well.
