Howdy

I've been playing holdem for about 3 months, and am looking for a bit of advice on books. I live in New Zealand, and dont really get to play too much live poker, other than with friends every so often. At this stage I play high micro limit and MTT limit games with reasonable success. Ive also started playing a little NL recently, but am only breaking even at best in that so far. Please recommend me some books from the following categories:

General Poker
Low Limit Holdem
NL Holdem
Limit Tournament Play
NL Tournament Play

Thank you for your time and advice.

Tournament:

Tournament Poker for Advanced players (David Sklansky)

Any reason for recommending ITH over WLLH? I recently bought WLLH and it seems to do its job -- get new players up to speed to be able to operate and win againt the soft competition at micro and low limits. No advanced concepts or plays, but that is not the point.

I'll probably get SSHE next time I make a trip to B&N; everyone and their mother seems to be recommending that.

ITH is a beginner book for low limit.

i had WLLH and return it. ITH explains it more easily and has way more hand samples and explanations

all you need for low limit is ITH and SSH
